This article is for those who are activating their subscription after paying by credit card. If you are purchasing an annual subscription payable by bank-transfer, your account manager will activate your account. 

Purchase your subscription by visiting our pricing page and selecting the plan for you.  Once you have completed the purchase, you will be emailed an activation key.  This is the same as your "Order ID" in the credit card transaction and invoice.  It will generally be in the format: NMO240101-1234-56789

Go to Admin > Subscription and Quota then click "Purchase / Activate". 

If you haven't already made a purchase, you can click the "Buy Now" button to be taken to the pricing page.  If you already have your order, enter it in the field shown, then click "Activate". 

That's it! Your subscription is now active and you can now use the features of the plan you selected.
