Whether you are in a trial or an existing customer, you’re entitled to the same, high quality, fast and friendly support.

Here are some helpful tips for you to include in your support request that will help us get to the bottom of things as quickly as we can.

  • Describe the help you need in detail.
  • If you encountered an error, can the error be reproduced? If so, please tell us how.
  • If you’re using Canvas desktop, it helps to submit the Canvas file. None of your data will transmit, only the block configurations are included in the ACC file.
  • If you’re using Canvas Online and you would like us to review the workflow, go to Admin > Users > Invite User and add ‘support@analyticscanvas.com’
  • If you have a ‘how does this work’ question, please describe your use case in detail. If possible, submit an Excel file with an example of what you are trying to achieve.

We provide support in how to use the application and its features.  We can help you to understand the syntax for expressions, and how to use the application to import data, preview and profile it, make data transformations, and output the data to a data destination.
