How does billing work?
Your account is billed at the beginning of your subscription and every 30 days thereafter. Starter accounts are billed for additional usage on the first billing date of the next month. For example, if your Starter account queried 2 accounts in month 1, you will be charged an additional $49 at the beginning of month 2 for the one additional account.
What are my payment options?
We make it easy to pay for Analytics Canvas. You can use a credit card, quarterly and annual invoices can be issued for plans worth more than $1,000, and payment on invoices can be made via bank-transfer or check. Annual purchases of $1,000 or more paid by bank-transfer or check qualify for a 5% discount. To pay using other than credit card, please contact us.
Do you offer discounts?
We believe in offering everyone our best and lowest price. We price protect customers if prices decrease and grandfather customers if prices increase. No one is getting a better price than you. There is one discount: 5% off for annual pre-payment by bank-transfer or cheque.
Can I transfer my license?
Yes. Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, including your license key, to let us know you will be transferring your license.
